Meet Your Health Team

Physician Assistants

Emma, PA

“I’m very excited to join CVFP as a physician assistant on the Silver Team. What drew me to CVFP is the strong sense of collaboration and teamwork, which allows us to provide personalized patient-centered care. By working closely with our team, I look forward to helping patients receive the time, attention and support they deserve."

Emma Jensen joined CVFP in September 2025 and is a member of the Silver Team. She completed her physician assistant training at the University of Toronto, graduating in August 2025. Her clinical education included rotations in family medicine, pediatrics and emergency medicine, which reinforced her interest in primary care and creating longitudinal patient relationships. Emma previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary. Prior to becoming a physician assistant, Emma worked as a kinesiologist, developing a strong foundation in functional assessment, rehabilitation and patient education.

Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Emma is happy to return home to practice as a physician assistant. Outside of work, Emma enjoys being in the mountains, playing sports, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

Joelle, PA

“At CVFP, physician assistants practice to their full scope and share patient care responsibilities with our team doctors. We are supported by an outstanding interdisciplinary team and are empowered to deliver the best possible care to our community. I feel privileged to be part of this health team and contribute to the innovation, leadership and culture that defines the CVFP Health Home.”

Joelle Wooldridge has been a physician assistant at CVFP since 2023 and is proud to provide care on the Rainbow Team. Originally from Okotoks, Alberta, Joelle completed her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience at the University of Lethbridge before earning her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) at the University of Manitoba.

In addition, Joelle is a clinical skills instructor with the University of Calgary’s MPAS program and is a proud advocate for the integration of physician assistants in primary care. She is passionate about delivering patient‑centered, collaborative care and values building strong, trusting relationships with her patients.

Outside of the clinic, Joelle enjoys being in the mountains, running, travelling, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
